• Wood frame structure, exposed roof structure, extensive exposed finished concrete slab, extensive millwork & finish package

Challenges

• Meet aggressive 105 day schedule after 5 weeks of delays due to an extensive fire & landlord/owner delays.
• Create relationship with a new development corporation.
• Build an un-prototypical building to satisfy town requirements.
