Project Details

• New 6,000 SF
• Wood Frame structure, exposed roof structure, extensive exposed finished concrete slab, stone and EIFS exterior.

Challenges

• This was a new prototype & one of the first constructed in New England.
• Project management of this site took place completely on-line through a Brinker construction network.
• Project commenced under tough winter conditions with no delays to schedule
