Challenges

• Site work was performed by owner which required careful coordination by D.L. Poulin & Ruby Tuesday as not to delay the critical path schedule.
• Building design was changed at the commencement of the project & required careful coordination with subcontractors so as the new proto- type could be achieved in function
  & aesthetics.
• Project was completed on a 15 week fast track schedule.
