• Performing interior & exterior renovations on the former Ames store in a compressed time schedule.
• Replaced all Steel Roof Decking unexpectedly; Provided additional Steel Framing to the entire structure.
• Re-roofing of building, new sprinkler system, HVAC system & Electrical Service.
